TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Offer is valid for any purchase of Gamuda Land properties made with a valid Citi credit and/or debit card issued in Malaysia.
  • Offer is valid for selected Gamuda Land’s projects/townships from 1 Feb until 31 Dec 2021.
  • One (1) unit is eligible for one (1) reward deal, and cannot be combined with any other special deals, promotional offers or best buys. The additional offers will be at the discretion of respective projects/townships.
  • Each redeemed reward deal is valid for one-time use only. Repeat purchasers can redeem more than 1 reward deal, as long as each reward deal is used on one (1) property only.
  • The time extension and/or utilisation of reward deals after campaign period will be based on the discretion of Gamuda Land and Citibank.
  • The unit selection not listed for this scheme will be based on the discretion of Gamuda Land and respective projects/townships.
  • Gamuda Land and Citibank reserve the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion at any part thereof or any part of the application terms & conditions from time to time, with or without prior notice.
CASH BACK SCHEME
  • Any purchase of Gamuda Land properties online through Citi cards will be entitled to a 100% cash back of up to RM5000 per unit, funded by Gamuda Land from the booking/downpayment fees paid by the purchaser.
  • For examples:
    • Customer A pays RM1000 booking/downpayment for a property unit, Gamuda Land will reimburse RM1000 after SPA is signed.
    • Customer B pays RM5000 booking/downpayment for a property unit, Gamuda Land will reimburse RM5000 after SPA is signed.
  • Reimbursement of the 100% cash back will be credited into purchaser’s bank account.
  • The payable amount will be credited within 60 days from the date of the SPA is signed.
